MCCLPHEI sponsored Russ Bailey of Providence College in a workshop and discussion on January 8, 2007 at Fitchburg State entitled:
Guiding and Enhancing Our Patrons’ Research:
Providing Collections & Services Into the Future
It focused on reference collection development, reference services, information commons,  and how our research staff – reference, public services; professional, paraprofessional and student – can best  guide and enhance our patrons’ research in a way that meets their widely varied needs.
